Measures COVID-19 / Coronavirus
#invaroservice&suppliesImportant information due to recent developments Coronavirus
Due to the recent developments related to the Coronavirus, we will inform you below about the measures we are taking within Invaro Agri & Horti Technology Group. Read on to see what the consequences of these measures are and what they can mean for you as a customer. At the moment our production facility is still fully operational and we will do our utmost to ensure that the measures have a minimal impact on our deliveries. However, we will at all times be dependent on decisions made by the government, how our suppliers deal with this and supplies from abroad.
RIVM guidelines
We follow the guidelines of the RIVM (The National Institute for Public Health and the Environment) in all our activities. This means that shaking hands is omitted and that we keep a minimum distance of 1 meter between each other. Where possible, we will work from home for certain positions within our organization. If guidelines and measures of RIVM and the national government change, we will also apply these measures within our organization. The most recent guidelines can be found at: https://www.government.nl/topics/coronavirus-covid-19
Visits from our representatives
The activities of our representatives have been split up. Some of them will work at our office and some outside. This implies:
1. Work from the office: The representative stays indoors (at the office) and does not physically visit customers.
2. Working outside the office: The representative is allowed to visit customers, but only works from home and therefore is not allowed to come to the office.
Our representatives will no longer travel abroad until at least April 6. Do you have an appointment planned? Our representative will look for a solution together with you. We prefer to visit our relations as little as possible. We try to replace this with telephone contact, Skype or conference call.
Service
All of our service employees take the right precautions, as advised by RIVM. This means that our Dutch service engineers aren’t able to travel abroad until at least April 6. We can still provide our foreign customers service with remote service. For other malfunctions we will do our very best to help you. If you require more information, please contact our service partner Invaro Services & Supplies via +31 (0)229 50 21 50 or send an e-mail to service@invaroservices.com.
For service within the Netherlands, we do our utmost to continue this in the normal way as guided by RIVM. We also respect the guidelines of our relations and will comply with them as much as possible.
Current orders and deliveries
Our order book is well filled for the next six months. Have you placed an order with us? We will contact you this week to inform you about your order.
Within Invaro Group we are highly dependent on our suppliers. In recent weeks we have experienced the first consequences of the advancing Coronavirus from our suppliers. For this reason, we anticipate possible supply problems from our suppliers for the coming period. Although we will do everything we can to ensure that our customers are not adversely affected, we cannot completely exclude this.
